1. Detoxing - A proper detoxification process will ensure that all of the above factors and conditions that hinder diet will be resolved. And there are various kinds of detoxification each one having a specific goal in order to make your body healthy. It is important to undergo detox before you start a diet regimen as this will enhance the effect of your diet. It is not actually a long and difficult process which takes months but it is a simple one which is necessary for you to achieve inner health. Detoxification supports your body's natural ability to cleanse itself and in this process you are helping your system achieve a higher state of health. Through detox, your body will be able to get rid of toxins that's been living inside your system making you sick, less active, unhealthy and lazy.
2. Control Leptin Levels -
Leptin is a relative newcomer on the hormonal playing field. Leptin is synthesized and secreted primarily by adipocytes (fat cells). It is present in blood serum in direct proportion to the amount of adipose (fat) tissue and as fat cells become enlarged in obesity, they secrete more leptin. This important hormone communicates with the central nervous system to regulate energy intake and energy stores in the body so that the hypothalamus can efficiently maintain a stable body weight. Leptin is a powerful appetite suppressant—we even have leptin receptors on our taste buds, which help to regulate cravings for sweet foods.17 Ironically, as previously stated, leptin levels are excessively high in obese people and this leptin resistance is associated with weight gain. When a person becomes leptin resistant, leptin receptors throughout the body, including those on the taste buds and in the brain, aren’t getting the message that food consumption should stop. Research indicates that lowering leptin levels in overweight people can restore this malfunctioning leptin system and trigger weight loss.
3. Acidity -
Too much acid in your body can cause weight gain, fatigue, pain, and a host of other health problems. The pH scale measures the level of acid or alkalinity. Don’t worry you don’t need to be a biochemist to balance your body’s pH. Most of what we eat and our lifestyle choices tip the balance in favor of acidity. Meat, dairy products, sugary foods, soda, and many other foods are all extremely acidifying to the body. The blood needs to remain stable at 7.365 (slightly alkaline) to maintain health and life. We cannot live if our body becomes acidic, so the body has mechanisms in place to ensure that the blood, which feeds our brain and all our organs, glands, and tissues, remains slightly alkaline. One of the ways the body deals with acidity is to store it in fat cells as a way to get it out of the blood quickly. Fat cells are your body’s natural buffer against acid since they have a natural affinity for acidic toxins and acidity. Fat is actually your body’s ally against acidic food choices. Reducing acid-forming foods in your diet while increasing alkalizing one gives your body a chance to restore balance at the cellular level, which allows it to start breaking down fat stores and ultimately rebalance your weight.
4. Hormone Balance -
There are many hormones in the body that control weight loss. Today we are going to talk about a few. Women need to be concerned about Progesterone, DHEA, and HGH. Men need to be concerned about HGH and Testosterone. After the age of 35 your hormone production starts to dramatically decrease, and by the age of 50, your hormone production decreases by 50%. This is one of the big reasons you can't eat Taco Bell or McDonalds everyday (and not gain weight) like you did when you were a teenager. These need to be naturally supported if weight loss is your goal.
5. Support Endocrine Glands -
There are many reasons why I recommend supporting the endocrine glands for weight loss. Weight loss, cellulite control, detoxification, beautiful hair and skin, and more are some of the side effects to addressing this. These glands control how quickly the body uses energy, makes proteins, and controls how sensitive the body is to other hormones. There are many supplements out there that address these deficiencies.
6. Good Protein Intake -
There are tons of Protein drinks, shakes, and bars out there. Quality protein makes up the building blocks of a healthy body by repairing muscles and bones, providing a source of energy, and boosting your metabolism. Whey protein contains powerful immune boosters and helps to synthesize antioxidants necessary for detoxification. Make sure you don't skimp on quality protein supplementation!
7. Amino Acids and Trace Minerals -
Amino Acids and Minerals are extremely important to losing weight. One of the most effective and essential is l-arginine. Through the Nobel Prize in Medicine, science has confirmed that l-arginine is the most powerful trigger of Nitric Oxide production in the body. L-Arginine plays an important role in cell division, the healing of wounds, immune function, and the release of hormonesOur natural nutraceutical supplement combines the latest technology and superior ingredients to enhance heart health, regeneration and anti-aging. Formulated in collaboration with leading researchers and validated by Nobel prize research on Nitric Oxide.
